This limited warranty is extended only to the original consumer/purchaser of products remanufactured or rebuilt by RMI Services, Inc., P.O. Box 387, Westwego, Louisiana 70096-0387; telephone number 504-347-4361, fax number 504-347-4392.

RMI Services, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "RMI", warrants the products it manufactures to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty extends only to the original consumer/purchaser, hereinafter referred to as "Consumer", and commences on the date of sale to said Consumer and remains in effect for a period of six (6) months or one thousand (1,000) hours of service, whichever occurs first. No other warranties express or implied are intended or given by RMI Services, Inc.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Any work performed to correct malfunction caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation or where such failure has been caused by accident.
• Transportation charges, haul out, travel time, loss of use or any other consequential charge or damage.
• Labor, other costs or expenses incurred by the "Consumer" for removal and reinstallation of the RMI part or product is not covered by this warranty and the Consumer assumes full responsibility for such cost and chargers.
• Any damage caused by sand or abrasive materials, chemical deposits, corrosion, hazardous waste or material, acts of God or other outside forces beyond the control of RMI.
• Adjustment or replacement of maintenance items, such as, but not limited to: seals, bearings, lubrication and filters.
• Additional service work performed above that which is required to satisfy warranty requirements.
• Repairs or replacement made without authorization from RMI or repairs made other than at a service facility designated by RMI.
• The warranty is void if any modifications are made to any product or part without proper written authorization of RMI Services, Inc.

The company shall, at its option, repair or replace, free of charge, any such product found upon the Company’s examination, to be so defective, or if agreed upon, refund the purchase price in exchange for such product. Repairs or replacement under this Warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

The company makes no other warranty, and IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING AND WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

This warranty constitutes the entire obligation of the company relating to the sale of such product and its maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of such product. In no event shall the company be liable for consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of such product.
